Spell of Gentle Closure
For emotional healing and release from lingering connections
Purpose: Let go of emotional baggage, past lovers, or old regrets.
What You’ll Need:
• A black candle
• A dried rose or rose petals (preferably faded or old)
• A slip of paper and pen
• Fireproof dish
Spell Steps:
1. Cast your circle or center yourself.
2. Light the black candle and hold the dried rose in your hands.
3. On the slip of paper, write down what or who you’re releasing.
4. Whisper:
“I thank you, I release you. I carry only what is mine. May peace return where pain once lingered. So it is.”
5. Burn the paper in the candle flame and drop it in the dish.
6. Crumble the rose petals into the ashes. When cooled, bury them outside or release into a stream.
